We currently do not accept returns on orders after delivery.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other customer-requested reasons after an order has been processed.

If Fine Shyt cancels an order before dispatch, the customer will receive a full refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only for eligible size issues, incorrect items, damaged products, or manufacturing/quality defects, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible Exchange Reasons

• Wrong size received
• Size fitting issue
• Incorrect item received
• Damaged product received
• Manufacturing or quality defect

Important Requirements

• An unboxing video makes it easier for us to verify the issue and process your exchange.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

Exchange Timeline

• Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• Once approved, the exchange process may take 8 to 10 business days.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
